> Where do you ship?

Generally worldwide, except for the following countries and territories:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Chad, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, North Korea, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Yemen.

The list of countries may change periodically.

For residents of Japan, I will be preparing a separate online shop.
(No I’m not being oddly biased; I live here so it’s easier this way.)

If you notice something wrong with your order, please let me know (email: eulaeula@gmail.com) as soon as possible. The printing company accepts disputes within 30 days of the estimated delivery date; please don’t wait until the last minute.

Others

> The colors on my item look weird. What happened?

What you see on screen may differ from what you actually receive due to different screen settings. With the print samples I received, I noticed that mid~dark colors tended to turn out darker and more saturated, especially blue, and light colors lighter. I have adjusted the print files to resolve these issues, but if the colors look strange, do not hesitate to email me (eulaeula@gmail.com) or DM me on Instagram (@eulaeulaart).
